I'm so sorry, Ralphie. You must be dreadfully disappointed at this delay in your Rapture plans. My condolences.
I guess you can't market The Morning After as a "fact-based" novel any more, either. Fantasy, perhaps? Science Fiction? Comic Book? Or, here's an idea: print it up on the paper towels used at gas stations next to the squeegee. It's a Windshield Ministry AND guarantees a streak-free shine!
Go out for doughnuts and drown your sorrows. Ten minutes with a maple bar and you'll feel much better.

Assuming he ignores your ministry and refuses to embrace the Rapture, he might give you material to howl about on this blog for years to come, even if he doesn't bump donuts with Rosie O'Donnell.
How about an alternative "Morning After" with the Obama family in a starring role?
